Greetings readers!
Hope you've all had a wonderful week!
This week has been so hectic, probably because I'm now officially a Boston resident. Apart from the horrendous bus experiences I've had this week, the transition has gone very smoothly. Saving 4 hours of my day on commuting has been life-changing and I’m so grateful to have been able to do this. My heart breaks for all of those who don’t have that easy decision to make to move closer to the city, ie – families, etc. Throughout the week, I’ve found myself thinking of those commuters and how thankful I am to not be one anymore. So, here’s the recap for you all:
Friday: Had dinner with some friends and then packed all night.
Saturday: Went to go watch my best-friend’s boyfriend play softball and then a Bachelorette Party in Boston! Can’t wait for the wedding now, especially after a truly wonderful evening!
Sunday: Move-in day!!! Talk about some packed cars, eh? My poor dad driving down a major highway with a bureau on it. After the move-in, it was onto grocery shopping, laundry, and then Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line! They put on such an AMAZING show!

Two very full cars! |
Monday: After work, I headed on home to get some more things and to watch the Bruins with my family. WOOO!!! :)
Tuesday: Enjoyed a low-key night with the roomies.
Wednesday: Out to a local bar to watch the Bruins (WOOO)!! It’s called
“T.I.T.S (Tavern in the Square).” It’s a great sports bar. There had to be about 30-40 flatscreen TV’s. And check this out…
each booth has their own
personal TV! Unreal.
Thursday: My dad and his friend brought my bed! Sleeping on a twin air mattress hasn’t been terribly fun. I had probably
the best sleep of my life last night! Haha.

The new bedspread- love it! |
Today: After work, I’m splurging on some
Boloco (I’ve been so good all week – pretty sure I’m down 5lbs, so therefore I can have a little splurge – thank you move!), getting ready, and then off to the city to enjoy the Bruins/ a Welcome night out with one of my roomies and our friend.
Now that you’ve had a lovely recap of the week, onto the “Obsessed Woman” scenario…
Have you ever heard someone say never to lie or keep something from a woman, for they’ll always find out? Well, guess what? This is 100% completely, wholeheartedly and utterly
true. I’m not going into any details of how I’ve unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it,
stumbled upon certain scenarios…
The other day when walking to work, I spotted a girl sporting a bubble umbrella. This, however, was not a normal, plain bubble umbrella. It had the city of London on the base and featured those strolling through the streets of London with umbrellas. It had to be the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! I was telling one of my friends about it and told her I was
determined to find it! Low and behold, the “Obsessed Woman” got the best of me and I’ve found it!!

You can't tell me this is not the most adorable thing ever?! |
Unfortunately, the site I found it on was a “daily deal” site, so it hasn’t been purchased yet, but once I find it – which I will because I’m “obsessed” as my friend called it – it will be purchased faster than lightning!
What are the odds that I'd find the
exact same umbrella online? Probably slim to none, so like I said -
never try and keep things from a woman. ;)
Have you ever become obsessed over an item? I’d love to hear from you. :)
